Having completed MBA in marketing & Supply Chain Management from University of Dallas, TX with distinction, took up the role of a contact centre agent with a clear vision to be the best in team. After setting benchmarks in productivity, moved into Quality team top support 10 more accomplish the same.Moved to HSBC HDPI to serve in the role of Six Sigma team member. Few projects and training assignments and some automation quick wins after, moved to the longest career stint: ITC Hotels.
Served the organization with Passion & Purpose rallying Continuous Improvement teams and supporting trained Six Sigma resources with their GB & Black belt projects. After a Best in class App, Innovation projects, 25+ projects as leader, 50+ projects as Mentor, several GB & BB trainings after, moved to the next destination : Dubai.
Joined Regulus Consultancy as Business Excellence Head for multiple lines of businesses spanning F&B, Hospitals, Logistics & Education sectors. Soon also took up the mandate to support/handle Digital Transformation/Marketing role for several of businesses.
Had the good fortune of completing Design Thinking, Scrum & Coaching competencies acquisition in pursuit of serving the organization better.
